Book Recommendation: Time Isn’t the Problem, You Are: Four Strategies to Transform Stress Into Success

I have never recommended a book halfway through reading it, but the book I am currently reading is an exception. The book I recommend reading if you want to how to achieve your goal in life is “Time Isn’t the Problem, You Are: Four Strategies to Transform Stress Into Success” by Chad E. Cooper. I learned about this book from the radio talk show program Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. As usual, I turned on my radio on the way driving home after finishing my night shift at 12 am on August 19 and listened to Coast To Coast AM program. As you may know, most of the time, the radio talk show is about UFOs, paranormal & remote viewing…etc., which I am a bit skeptical but have an open mind to embrace this kind of topics, I do believe in UFOs exist by the way :-). But occasionally the talk show host George Noory brings on some guests who can offer some real life-changing advice for ordinary folks like me. And that night is no exception, the guest being interviewed is Chad E. Cooper.

I am very impressed by Chad Cooper’s credentials & achievements mentioned during the radio show interview. He also talked about his book “Time Isn’t the Problem, You Are: Four Strategies to Transform Stress Into Success” in the show and I purchased the Kindle version of the book right when I got home.  Now that I am about halfway through reading the book, I must say that it’s one of the most practical books which offers real actionable advice on how to break out of your current stagnate situation and achieve success in life. I also found out that the hard times & issues he faced before are a lot like my own, except that I am still not able to achieve even a tiny fraction of his success. 🙁

Here are some of the great advice I learned so far: Stop using limp language in our writing; create roles in our daily routines; do you view your past experience & current situation as an excuse or an explanation? … and I like this definition of Fear: False Emotion Appearing Real. Of course, there is a lot more actionable advice in the book than I just mentioned, and I am only halfway through the book. I have never highlighted so many sentences in a book before. Anyway, if you want to learn how to get out of your current rot and achieve whatever you set your mind to, I highly recommend this book. You can check out the preview below.
