I noticed some kind of spinning devices called fidget spinners started to show up in the Woot emails recently but didn’t pay much attention to them until I came across a news article talking about how popular the fidget spinners are popular with teenagers and little kids alike. I also watched a YouTube video on this “fad” widget and apparently, it can also be used to reduce stress and anxiety. So I decided to purchase one to see what’s it all about. Well, I must say that I am hooked on playing with it. So I decided to purchase several more not just for myself but for my daughters as well, thinking they might like them. To my surprise or not, once I showed them over FaceTime, my 5 & 6-year-old daughters shouted “Fidget Spinners!” with excitement.
Anyway, now I take my favorite fidget spinners wherever I go and the best way to keep them safe is, of course, the trusty SOS EDC™ RFID Blocking Anti-Theft Travel Passport Neck Pouch Belt Wallet. Well, with that said, as much as I love this belt wallet, I did receive the first and a one-star review on Amazon for this wallet. I am pretty sure the wallet that customer happened to receive is a defective one and is the first bad one that I know of. Since I am also using one myself daily, I know how durable the wallet is. However, I did notice the workmanship on the inside of the wallet is a bit on the rough side. The cut of the fabric layer is not very tidy and there are some loose threads hanging out. But this can be fixed with a little snipping with a pair of scissors.
To remedy the bad experience that customer had, I encouraged the customer to return the defective belt wallet for a refund or exchange and did another follow up via the Amazon customer support portal, but so far I have not yet received the refund or exchange request which makes me wonder why? As you may know, there are honest reviews and bogus reviews as well. Anyway, as stated in the product description, I encourage you to request a refund or exchange if you are not happy with any of our products for any reason.
To my delight, despite the one-star negative feedback, there are customers continue to purchase the belt wallet. If you like the wallet I really encourage you to leave a positive feedback if you can spare a few minutes. Carrying my favorite fidget spinners is just one of the many ways I used the SOS EDC™ RFID Blocking Anti-Theft Travel Passport Neck Pouch Belt Wallet. Lastly, one good thing comes out of the bad review is that the customer did acknowledge the design & function of this wallet is exactly what he is looking for. I will take that as a compliment and I will make sure the manufacturer will do a better job in quality control of the product.
